'Power' was the least progressive song that I've ever had as a first single. Not 'just another rapper' Twisted Insane is the future of rap (NOT hip hop) and apparently those who set the standards agree. Fans became more than fans, they became something of a cult. "So many people rate Dark Fantasy as my best album, but Yeezus and 808s are so much stronger. His fans went crazy over his insane lyrics, fast rhymes, great beats, and on top of it all, he introduced a new genre of rap.
But he also went on to say that the reflective nature of the album is exactly why he doesn't like the album much today.
